How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, its tracking link appears under My Orders in your Jewelchic account. If you have added an email address, we send the link there too.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by UPI, credit or debit card, net banking or wallet through our secure Razorpay checkout. Cash on delivery, where offered, is shown at checkout.

Are your diamonds certified?

Where a piece includes diamonds or other gemstones, a grading or certification report (such as IGI, GIA or an equivalent recognised laboratory) is provided with it, wherever this is indicated on the product page. All our gold jewellery is BIS hallmarked with a unique HUID number.

Do you offer customization?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many designs can be made in your size, and some pieces can carry a name. Made-to-order and customised pieces are usually dispatched within 10-21 business days and cannot be returned. For anything else, contact our team.

Is shipping insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every shipment is insured for its full invoice value and travels in tamper-evident packaging with courier partners equipped for high-value jewellery. Delivery needs an OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

Question 6

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

You can return a product within 7 calendar days of delivery if it is unused and in its original condition and packaging, with tags, certificates and hallmark intact. Customised, engraved, made-to-order and resized pieces cannot be returned. Raise a request under My Orders or with Customer Support; our Return Policy has the details.
