Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using www.jewelchic.in, our mobile applications, or placing an order with Jewelchic ("Jewelchic," "we," "us," or "our"). By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order on the platform (the "Platform"), you signify your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform. The Platform is not intended for use by minors; if you are under 18, you may use it only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

1. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For a purchase, the terms and policies in force on the date of purchase apply, and later changes do not reduce the benefits of existing purchases.

2. About Jewelchic

Jewelchic designs and retails rings, earrings, chains and pendants, bracelets, mangalsutra, bangles, necklaces, studs, bali, kada, najariya, diamond ornaments, 9kt gold ornaments, and lab-grown jewellery, along with curated collections such as Solitaires, Chic Collection, Celebrity Collection, and Engraving Collection available online and at our boutique in Ahmedabad.

3. Product Representation & Pricing

• We make every effort to ensure that photographs and descriptions on the Platform represent the colour, finish, and design of a piece as accurately as possible. However, given the handcrafted nature of jewellery and variations in screen display and photography, slight differences between the image and the delivered product may occur. We recommend visiting our boutique before a purchase if exact visual matching is important to you.
• Metal purity (9kt, 14kt, 18kt, or 22kt gold), gemstone carat weight, and certification details are disclosed on the relevant product page and may vary marginally due to standard manufacturing tolerances.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are subject to revision without prior notice, including due to fluctuations in gold and gemstone rates. Jewelchic reserves the right to correct any pricing or product-description error, including cancelling an order placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund of any amount paid.

4. Orders

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, confirmed only upon our acceptance via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
• Jewelchic reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at its discretion, including where stock is limited, pricing information is inaccurate, or additional verification of customer or payment details is required.
• Bespoke, personalised, or engraved pieces are produced to order and require confirmation of design, size, and specification before production begins.

5. Payments

We accept payments through the modes shown at checkout credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other options facilitated by our secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partners. Jewelchic does not store your complete card details on its own servers.

6. Shipping, Cancellation, Refund, Returns & Exchange

Shipping timelines, cancellation windows, refund handling, return eligibility, and the terms for exchange, lifetime exchange, buyback and resizing are set out in our separate Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy, Return Policy and Exchange Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Use of Materials on the Platform

Everything you see on the Platform including product photography, illustrations, videos, written descriptions, the Jewelchic name and logo, and page layout is protected under Indian and international intellectual property law and is either owned by or licensed to Jewelchic. You may view and download material for personal, non-commercial use only, provided proprietary notices are kept intact. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content for commercial purposes, or host it on any other website or platform, without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use may infringe copyright, trademark, or related laws, and any permission granted to you will terminate automatically if you breach this section.

8. Your Submissions

Any unsolicited feedback, reviews, testimonials, ideas, or design suggestions you send us via the Platform, social media, or email will be treated as non-confidential. By submitting such content, you grant Jewelchic a royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and publish it in connection with our business. Please note that Jewelchic's in-house design team develops its collections independently, and we are not able to accept or review unsolicited design collaboration proposals.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take considerable care to keep information accurate, Jewelchic does not warrant that Platform content is error-free or that the Platform will operate without interruption. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jewelchic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, and our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order. Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian consumer protection law.

10. Trademarks & Copyright

"Jewelchic" and associated logos are trademarks of Jewelchic. All content on the Platform is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.

11. Third-Party Links

The Platform may link to third-party sites, including our social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest) and app stores (Google Play, Apple App Store). Jewelchic does not review or take responsibility for the content or practices of any linked third-party site, and any access is at your own risk.

12. Suspension & Termination

Jewelchic may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or the rights of JewelChic or any third party. We may also modify or discontinue any part of the Platform at our discretion.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Grievance Officer for Jewelchic is:
